Terms & Conditions

  • I acknowledge that the above-mentioned items will be handed over to me for the purpose of Demo/clinical studies/CME and personal use only.
  • The equipment was in good condition during the handover.
  • I understand that all the aspects of the device- PHEEZEE are confidential and I shall take utmost care to ensure the products are kept under my vigilance.
  • The above unit is the property of the Company at all times.
  • The usage of the Demo unit is governed by the Terms of usage, privacy policy and confidentiality clauses of the Company.
  • I shall abide by all the applicable terms of the Company.
  • The device shall not be sold or Demo to anyone other than the undersigned authority, under any circumstance.
  • The device should strictly be used at my premises.
  • Any consumables like electrodes, etc. required or used during the demo period shall be arranged and procured by the customer.
  • In the event of any damage to the device during the demo period, the cost of repair shall be borne by the customer.
  • The customer agrees to return the product back to authorized personnel of Startoon Labs Private Limited on or before the last date of return as per this agreement.
  • The device must be returned in good condition.
  • In case the device is lost, stolen or damaged during the aforementioned duration, it shall be the liability of the customer to bear the losses as decided by the Company, not exceeding the MRP of the device (INR 2,00,000/-).
