What we are looking for

  • 1. Some experience in the role of Customer Success, preferably in a medical device company will be an added advantage.
  • 2. Passion to own significant pieces by taking initiative and contributing to the entire stack.
  • 3. Aptitude to learn and pivot at a fast pace.
  • 4. Very strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • 5. Good listening skills and ability to put feedback into prompt action.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. Work closely with the Business Development and Sales team to manage day-to-day operations for our key customers. This involves activity management, reporting, providing updates, meetings with customers, training, and interventions as needed.
  • 2. Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect end-user satisfaction or retention.
  • 3. Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • 4. Escalating customer feedback and IT bugs to help improve our product .
  • 5. Coordination with the Business Development and Sales team and customers during the business travel and follow up with the customers after Business travel to close the leads.
