  • 1. Bachelors/Diploma/Degree in Biomedical.
  • 2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • 3. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • 5. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication, product demonstrations, and technical support.
  • 2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the medical device sector.
  • 3. Educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of our biomedical products and services through presentations, seminars, and promotional events.
  • 4. Provide technical expertise and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting, product customization, and post-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to address client needs, enhance product offerings, and optimize sales processes.
  • 6. Collaborate with the team for QMS documentation.
