1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field (MBA- Marketing preferred)
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
3. Proven track record of success in sales/business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
4. Ability to work and deliver under strict deadlines.li>
5. Able to do domestic and international business travel.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understand the client requirements and pitch the product to the customer accordingly.
2. Rapid assess market and business opportunities.
3. Identifying opportunities in target markets for your organization’s products and services.
4. Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking and secure new business opportunities.
5.Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
6. Grow long-lasting relationships that address the client’s needs. Drive referrals from the existing clients.
7. Drive the projects to convert into the successful business revenues.
8. Intensely follow up with prospects through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls.
9. Staying ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs and develop winning sales strategies that give us a competitive edge.
10. Achieve the targets assigned by the Company.
