  • 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to seamless onboarding for new employees and exit process of the employees.
  • 2. Accountable for other admin work & Vendor management.
  • 3. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • 4. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements.
  • 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations in the Company.
