  • 2. Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • 3. Self-Driven, and organized.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 5. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • 6. Effective communication skills.
  • 6.Able to do domestic and international business travel.
  • 6. Able to work independently.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. Understand the client requirements and pitch the product to the customer accordingly.
  • 2. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • 3. Work with marketing and sales teams effectively for lead generation programs and your services/products positioning with your client baseCollecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • 4. Traveling to potential and existing customers to close the potential leads into sales.
  • 5. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • 6. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • 7. Create and maintain a robust sales infrastructure and proactively make sales calls to convert leads closure.
  • 8. Do the lead conversions and achieve weekly sales targets in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
  • 9. Intensely follow up with prospects through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls.
