  • 2. 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
  • 3. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
  • 4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • 5. Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities.
  • 6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 7. Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • 8. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. Research potential partners, including corporations, startups, and non-profits, that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • 2. Conduct thorough due diligence and market analysis to assess the value and potential impact of partnerships.
  • 3. Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • 4. Manage ongoing relationships with key partners, ensuring goals are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  • 5. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to integrate partnership activities into broader business strategies.
  • 6. Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term goals.
  • 7. Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation through partnerships.
  • 8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
  • 9. Track the performance of partnerships against established KPIs and goals.
  • 10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and impact of partnerships.
  • 11. Make data-driven recommendations for improving partnership effectiveness.
  • 12. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • 13. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities.
