What we are looking for
- 1. Bachelor's degree.
- 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a front office or office assistant role.
- 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- 5. The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- 6. Good leadership and training abilities.
- 7. Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Hiring staff and managing the operations.
- 2. Tending to customers' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
- 3. Do front office activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
- 4. Organize employee training sessions and company events.
- 5. Maintain employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- 6. Responsible for onboarding and relieving process for employees.
- 7. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment offer letters, termination letters and other administrative documents such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
- 8. Responsible for the admin activities in the Company for smooth operations.
- 9. Responsible for invoice and billing for the customers.
